It’s not a birthday without a party. Well at least that’s what I tell myself. When I turned 26 I decided to throw myself a Barbie themed party because as any girl growing up in the 90s I was obsessed with those plastic ladies! I didn’t want the traditional black and white striped Barbie theme though so instead I took my inspiration from another 90s favorite… tie dye! Specifically these plates!
Some fun details of the night included a Barbie box photo booth, Barbie shoe win charms and a picture photoshopped with all of my friend’s heads on Barbie bodies. Oh and I can’t forget the Barbie Bar! I used my old Barbie House as the bar for the evening complete with a “Patricia’s Punch” cocktail.
